Population Health Division

At the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) (SFDPH) our mission is to protect and promote health and well-being for all in San Francisco. Our vision is making San Francisco the healthiest place on earth.

SFDPH consists of central administration and two divisions:

  1. Population Health Division (PHD)
  2. San Francisco Health Network (SFHN)
