GitHub is a web-based Git or version control repository hosting service. It is mostly used for code. It offers all of the distributed version control and source code management (SCM) functionality of Git. It provides access control and collaboration features such as bug tracking, feature requests, task management, and wikis for every project.

This is a static web site and was created on GitHub with Jekyll. I have moved away from Drupal, WordPress, Google Blogger, and other content management systems. Static web sites are simple, fast, and easy to maintain. I write in Markdown for the web and R Markdown for technical papers. Markdown is the most powerful, versatile way to write and publish documents.

You can easily view and navigate this web site on your smartphone. It is easy to read. And the best part—this site is free! No costs except my time writing.
